European Judicial Network in Civil & Commercial matters

In May 2001, the European Council adopted the decision on the establishment of the  European Judicial Network in civil and commercial matters (EJN-civil), which is based on the network for the criminal matters. The network is consisted by one or more contact points of each Member-State from different authorities. The network facilitates the judicial cooperation between its members.

Atlas provides with a user-friendly access to information relevant for judicial cooperation in civil matters. With the Atlas, the competent courts or authorities to which you may apply for certain purposes can be easily identified.
